We believe that differences of race, culture, religion, nationality, and identity do not diminish our shared humanity.
We believe that privacy and dignity are essential to a free and flourishing life.
We believe that power carries responsibility, and that each generation must act as a steward of the Earth and the future.
We believe that courage must be guided by wisdom and never corrupted by hatred.
We believe that service to others is among the highest expressions of human purpose.
We believe that humanity's future depends not upon domination, but upon cooperation, understanding, and the willingness to leave the world better than we found it.

The Guardian Oath
I stand beneath the Seven Lights.
I choose freedom of mind over blind obedience.

I will respect the worth of every human being.
I will seek wisdom throughout my life.
